Welcome to AIRap, available at airapvideo-ai.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the AI rap video generator, account tools, and related services.
By accessing or using our Service, registering an account, or purchasing credits/subscriptions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
AIRap provides advanced AI-powered video generation tools. You are strictly responsible for all text prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference images, parameters, and resulting video outputs created or processed through your account.
You agree that you will NEVER use the Service to upload, request, generate, share, distribute, display, or promote any content falling under the following six (6) strictly prohibited categories:
Any sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, obscene, or sexually suggestive material; depiction of sexual acts or genitals; non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII); or any media intended for sexual gratification.
Any content depicting, encouraging, or glorifying extreme physical violence, bloodshed, torture, severe bodily harm, animal cruelty, suicide, self-harm, weapons manufacturing, dangerous illegal acts, or terrorism/extremism.
Any content that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, disparages, defames, intimidates, threatens, stalks, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.
ZERO TOLERANCE: Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), underage sexualization, endangerment of minors, or harm to children. Any violation will lead to instant permanent termination and immediate mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant criminal law enforcement authorities.
Generating deceptive deepfakes, synthetic impersonations of real individuals, public figures, celebrities, or government officials without express written authorization; fabricating fraudulent media for scams, identity theft, financial fraud, phishing, or political disinformation.
Uploading, generating, or distributing materials that infringe upon any third party's copyrights, trademarks, design patents, trade secrets, proprietary brand assets, or rights of publicity and privacy without proper authorization or license.
You must not advertise, describe, or use AIRap as an "uncensored", "unfiltered", "NSFW", or adult generation tool, and you must not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with any prompt moderation or safety filtering systems.

AIRap is an independent website. It is not a record label. Rap video creation will use account credits only after a price is shown and checkout is open.
Generative artificial intelligence models produce probabilistic outputs based on algorithmic inference and user-supplied parameters. While we continuously optimize our processing pipelines and enforce real-time content safety guardrails, visual results may naturally vary. Users are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and determining the suitability of all generated outputs prior to public display, distribution, or commercial deployment.
Your Content & Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, payment of applicable subscription or credit fees, and third-party model license terms, you retain ownership of the input prompts you provide and the video outputs generated through your paid use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes.
Platform IP: All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation comprising AIRap are the exclusive intellectual property of AIRap and its licensors.
Access to generation features is billed via subscriptions or credit packages. All generation attempts consume compute resources and credits immediately upon submission. Credits are consumed on a per-task basis regardless of subjective aesthetic satisfaction.
All payments and credit purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider while your account is active will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all credits.
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIRap AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY GENERATED VIDEO WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS, ARTISTIC CRITERIA, COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS, OR COMPLY WITH THIRD-PARTY IP RIGHTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRap, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY MODEL PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AIRap TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, DISPUTES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO AIRap IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIRap, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and AI service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising from or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
